Return Eligibility

At Quotewala, we aim to deliver products you’ll love. If something doesn’t feel right, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in original condition.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Order ID or purchase proof is mandatory
  • The product should not carry any damage or stains
  • we have 7 day return policy
  • All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days
  • will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “No Return”
  • Innerwear or personal-use items
  • Gift cards or digital products

How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

Submit a Request

Email us at support@quotewala.com with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.

Approval Confirmation

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with approval and instructions.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item with all tags and original packaging intact.

Ship the Product

Send the package to the return address shared by our team using a reliable courier service.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a fresh order after your refund is completed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For a smooth return experience, we recommend:

  • Using a trusted courier service
  • Ensuring proper packaging to avoid damage
  • Keeping the shipping receipt for reference

In case of damaged or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
